Absolutely. Every program is customized to the needs of your community, whether you serve seniors, employees, residents, families, or multicultural populations. We adjust the intensity, music, language, and exercises to fit your participants.

Who are your programs designed for

We specialize in programs for older adults, active aging communities, workplaces, families, and adults of all fitness levels. Every class can be adapted for beginners, participants with limited mobility, and mixed-ability groups.

Where do you provide classes?

We currently partner with senior centers, libraries, healthcare organizations, housing communities, nonprofits, and municipalities throughout Greater Boston. We also offer on-site programs for businesses and community events.

What types of classes do you offer?

We offer Dance Mix, Dance Fitness, Chair Fitness, Functional Strength, Balance & Fall Prevention, Stretching, Mobility, Low-Impact Exercise, and customized wellness programs. Every class combines fun with evidence-based movement that supports long-term health.

Do you offer bilingual programs?

Yes. Classes are available in both English and Spanish, allowing organizations to better serve diverse communities and increase participation among multilingual residents.
